No. Apex is not a law firm. We give you tools, guidance, and educational material based on public government information and real case outcomes. Everything you build is yours to review, and we always recommend having a licensed immigration attorney look at your petition before you file.
No one can. Immigration decisions depend on things outside anyone's control. What we can do is make sure your case is as strong as your work deserves.
Not for EB-1A or EB-2 NIW. You petition for yourself. O-1 does require a US employer or agent, and we'll explain what that means for your situation.
Access runs [6] months, which is enough for most people. If life happens, you can renew at a discount.
